Aluminum Frames are constructed with 6063T5 Alloy, each piece is hand cut, welded to insure water tight seal and ground smooth for flatness.
Standard aluminum frame profiles for the below frames are 1-1/2 x 1-1/2", with wall thickness of 1/16”.
Each frame is stretched with first quality monofilament polyester mesh. White mesh is normally used for mesh counts up to 155 and higher mesh counts receive yellow
polyester to insure fine detail during exposure.
The frame profiles for the products below are 1-1/2" x 1-1/2"
Mesh counts range from 38 thru 380.
